Sources we prioritise

• Official Portuguese sources: INE, Autoridade Tributária, AICCOPN and Diário da República
• Licensed broker market commentary (clearly labelled as third-party)
• Fee schedules published by the Registo Predial, notaries and Autoridade Tributária

Lead referral policy

When you submit the shortlist form, your enquiry may be shared with a partner holding an AMI licence from IMPIC who can show regulated inventory and complete KYC. We do not sell your data to unrelated marketing lists.
